1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver products across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.

Delivery availability may vary depending on your location.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days
  • Outside Dhaka: 2–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Charges

We do not offer free delivery.

Delivery charges are calculated based on your delivery location and will be displayed during checkout or confirmed before order dispatch.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in most serviceable areas across Bangladesh.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and make the payment at the time of delivery.

5. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

6. Order Confirmation

Our customer support team may contact you by phone to confirm your order before dispatch.

Orders that cannot be confirmed may be delayed or cancelled.

7. Delivery Inspection

We strongly recommend that customers inspect the product in the presence of the delivery person before accepting the package.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify the delivery person immediately and contact our customer support for assistance.

8. Failed Delivery

A delivery may be unsuccessful if:

  • The customer is unavailable.
  • The provided address or phone number is incorrect.
  • The customer refuses to accept the order.

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

9. Delayed Delivery

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, Yakub Traders is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, political unrest, or other events beyond our control.
