Refund & Return Policy

At Yakub Traders, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Replacement Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Money Back Guarantee

Yakub Traders does not offer a Money Back Guarantee.

We do not provide refunds for delivered products unless required by applicable law.

2. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee

We offer a 7-Day Replacement Guarantee only if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product delivered is different from what you ordered.

Replacement requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

3. Product Inspection at Delivery

Please inspect your product carefully in front of the delivery person before accepting it.

If you notice any damage, defect, or incorrect item at the time of delivery, please inform the delivery person immediately and contact our customer support.

Once the product has been accepted without inspection, replacement requests may be subject to verification.

4. Replacement Conditions

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The product must be unused (unless defective).
  • It must be returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice (if applicable).
  • The issue must be reported within the replacement period.

5. Items Not Eligible for Replacement

Replacement will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been damaged due to misuse or negligence.
  • The product has been physically damaged after delivery.
  • The customer changes their mind after purchase.
  • The replacement request is made after the 7-day period.

6. Delivery Charges

We do not offer free delivery.

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and will be displayed during checkout or confirmed before delivery.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh where available.

Customers are requested to pay the total order amount upon receiving the product.
